Cancellation and Returns 

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. That’s why if you aren’t happy with it for whatever reason* within 7 days, we’ll refund or replace it for you. This ‘cooling off’ period starts the day after the day on which the goods were received.

*as long as it has been unused and in original condition and packaging. 

If you need to return something for any reason, whether it’s not the right tool for the job or if it’s faulty. Simply get in touch and we’ll take care of the rest. 

• If unwanted, products must be in the original condition you received them in. 

• Return collection is free for faulty items. 
• Once we receive your item back at the warehouse, we’ll refund you within 72 hours.

Colours 

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors. 

Privacy & Security 

All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely (by trusted third party systems – Google Checkout or Paypal) and only transmitted in encrypted form. 

Indemnity 

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site. 

Jurisdiction 

The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. 

Consumer Rights 

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
